Ilia Topuria Stamp of Approval: Topps UFC Freedom 250
We have catalogued 7 versions of Ilia Topuria's Stamp of Approval #SO-6, the Topps UFC Freedom 250 insert carrying Dana White's seal. 6 have a photo of the actual copy.
Stamp of Approval is a 20-card insert in Topps UFC Freedom 250: each fighter gets the nod of Dana White, UFC President and CEO. Ilia Topuria is #SO-6, per the official Topps checklist, between Alexander Volkanovski (#SO-5) and Alex Pereira (#SO-7).
Two names for one set: the official checklist heads the section “Presidental Seal” (typo included), while the odds sheet and the product page call it “Stamp of Approval”. Topps sums it up as Dana White's seal of approval for standout stars.
Design: Ilia Topuria holding the championship belt over a red, white and blue sunburst; to his left, a scalloped seal with Dana White's photo and the words “UFC CEO & President”. Below, his name and “Lightweight”. We see it in the photos of our copies.
Back: a text shared by the whole set that tells no fight story: approval from fans, peers and Dana White as the ultimate honour, and the “Presidential Seal” recognising warriors who carved their legacy in the Octagon. We read it on the back photo of our copy.
The product and its date
Freedom 250 celebrates the UFC card held at the White House on 14 June 2026, headlined by Ilia Topuria against Justin Gaethje, per Checklist Insider (secondary source). Topps sells it as a fully numbered product on its official page.
Date in doubt: Checklist Insider (secondary) puts the topps.com presale on 12 June 2026, at $124.99 a box, and the release on 31 July 2026. Our collection record uses the first date; we have not found an official Topps date that settles which one is the release.
Configuration: one 5-card pack per box, with an autograph or a relic, two base cards and two inserts numbered /99 or lower, per Checklist Insider (secondary). With one pack per box, the official per-pack odds are also per-box odds (our reading).
The SO-6 ladder and its official odds
Odds from the official sheet, per pack (= per box); print runs from Checklist Insider, a secondary source, matching the serial numbers on our photographed copies:
Our list also includes a “Base /99” with no photo that appears neither on the official sheet nor on Checklist Insider, where the ladder starts at Purple /75. It is the same doubt we have about the “Base /99” of the autograph, the relic and the UFC Dollar: we keep it flagged until we see a copy.
How many boxes it takes
If all 20 fighters come in every colour, an Ilia Topuria SO-6 of any colour turns up on average once every 46 boxes, the Purple once every 100 and the Foilfractor once every 7,000. Our estimate, dividing the official odds among the twenty. Note: the odds sheet warns that being on the checklist does not guarantee appearing in every parallel. Here the odds do follow the order of the print runs, unlike the autographs.
The numbers fit a print run of roughly 7,000 to 8,000 boxes: 20 cards × 75 copies at 1:5 make 7,500, and the Foilfractor (20 × 1 at 1:350) makes 7,000. Again our estimate, not a Topps figure.
Worth knowing
It is the Freedom 250 insert built around Dana White: his photo sits in the seal of every card in the set, per the official page and our photos.
