Ilia Topuria Sapphire Selections: 2025 Topps Chrome Sapphire UFC
We have catalogued 6 versions of Ilia Topuria's Sapphire Selections #SEL-14, the only 2025 Topps Chrome Sapphire UFC insert that does not exist in standard Chrome. 6 have a photo of the actual copy.
Sapphire Selections is a 15-card insert in 2025 Topps Chrome Sapphire UFC. Ilia Topuria is #SEL-14, per the official Sapphire checklist, between Carlos Prates (#SEL-13) and Khabib Nurmagomedov (#SEL-15); Conor McGregor is #SEL-11 and Merab Dvalishvili #SEL-12.
Sapphire only: Topps presents it in its official 2025 Sapphire guide as the only insert in the product not pulled from standard Chrome UFC.
Design: Ilia Topuria with his arms open, over Sapphire's blue shattered-crystal background; below, “Sapphire Selections” in script and a nameplate with his name and “Featherweight”. We see it in the photos of our copies.
Back: his name, “Featherweight”, the insert title and the line “A Sapphire Selections card from 2025 Topps Chrome UFC”; it tells no fight story. We read it on the back photo of our copy.
Which box it comes from
Sapphire is a hobby-only product sold on topps.com: 4 cards per pack, 8 packs per box and one autograph, at $279.99 and released on 25 July 2025, per Checklist Insider (secondary source).
No published odds: the official 2025 Topps Chrome UFC odds sheet has a column for the Sapphire box, but it is empty and does not include Sapphire Selections. Without odds we give no estimate.
The SEL-14 ladder: print runs and names
Our list, with the numbering checked on the photos of our copies:
Blue Refractor, unnumbered: the standard version, in Sapphire blue.
Orange Refractor /25 · White Refractor /15 · Purple Refractor /10 · Red Refractor /5 · SuperFractor 1/1.
A naming discrepancy: Checklist Insider (secondary) gives the same print runs but calls the /15 “Purple” and the /10 “Black”. We keep our catalogue's names and note the difference; the official checklist lists no parallels.
Sapphire Selections in 2026, without Ilia Topuria
The insert returns in 2026 Sapphire with an SS- prefix and another 15 names, such as Conor McGregor, Jon Jones or Justin Gaethje, but without Ilia Topuria, per the official 2026 checklist. This time the 2026 odds sheet does list it: 1:40 packs, with Orange 1:216, Red 1:1,080 and SuperFractor 1:5,398. Those are 2026 figures and do not apply to the SEL-14.
Worth knowing
The SEL-14 is one of three Ilia Topuria cards in 2025 Sapphire, alongside base #43 and the Chrome Veteran Autographs Variation #CVA-ITO autograph. Everything from the brand is in his Sapphire cards.
