Is it event-used? No: a mat from no specific fight
FMR-IT is not an event-used card: its back says the mat comes from no specific fight or event. That is why it sits among every Ilia Topuria relic and not among his event-used cards.
The front prints “Fighter-Worn Memorabilia”, and that is how we tag it: fighter material, no event. The phrase does not say which fight the mat is from; the back makes clear it is from none in particular.
It used to be different: in 2011 Topps UFC Title Shot each card was die-cut with the number of the event the mat came from, per Cardboard Connection (secondary source).
Fight Mat Relics, from 2009 to 2025
2025 is the 11th appearance of Fight Mat Relics in MMA cards, and the first was 2009 Topps UFC Round 1, the first UFC-licensed product: fifty fighters with a piece of the mat from their debut fight, per Toywiz (secondary source).
