Which box it comes from, and how often
1:1.33 packs in hobby, e-Pack and blaster for any of the 50, per the official checklist. The later e-Pack page says 1:2 for its own product.
With 50 names, Ilia Topuria's card turns up on average once every 66 or 67 packs (1:100 on the e-Pack figure). That is our estimate, assuming an even split among the fifty.
A hobby box holds 15 packs of 7 cards, per Checklist Insider (secondary source).
Aqua: blaster exclusive, 1:4 packs. For Ilia Topuria, 1:200: our estimate.
Silver Dots /299: “random inserts in blaster” on the official checklist; Checklist Insider puts it in hobby and e-Pack, so the official one prevails.
Precious Metal Gems: Red /100, Blue /50, Green /10 and Gold 1/1. FX: Pink /75 and Orange /25. All in hobby and e-Pack, with no odds: the print run is the rarity.
Autographs: Auto /99 and Gold Auto /10, in hobby and e-Pack.
Spectrum and Gold Spectrum: not pack pulls. They are e-Pack rewards for combining 5 identical Fresh Foundation cards and 10 Spectrums, per the e-Pack page.
