Ilia Topuria Special Forces #SF-13: 2025 Topps Stadium Club UFC
We have catalogued 5 versions of Ilia Topuria's Special Forces #SF-13, the star-patterned card of 2025 Topps Stadium Club UFC that revives a 1990s basketball insert. 4 have a photo of the actual copy.
Who shares it: Petr Yan (#SF-1), Merab Dvalishvili, Islam Makhachev, Tom Aspinall, Valentina Shevchenko, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Leon Edwards, Belal Muhammad and Shavkat Rakhmonov, plus seven rookies flagged as such on the list, such as Joshua Van and Jean Silva, per the official checklist.
Where Special Forces comes from
Special Forces comes from basketball: as far as we have been able to trace, it first appeared in 1996-97 Topps Stadium Club Basketball (per secondary sources). In baseball it appeared in Stadium Club 2018 and 2024, per BaseballCardPedia (secondary source).
What the SF-13 shows: stars, a belt and a red band
Front: Ilia Topuria with the championship belt on his shoulder and gold gloves, in front of large silver stars over a crowd photo; at the bottom, a red band with five white stars, his name and “Lightweight”. The Stadium Club logo sits top left.
Back: a red strip at the top with “SF-13”, his name and “Lightweight”; a portrait with the belt, “SPECIAL FORCES” in large type and the line “Card from 2025 Topps Stadium Club UFC”. There is no text about his career. We see it on the photographed back of our base copy.
The SF-13 parallel ladder
Checklist Insider (secondary source) gives Special Forces four parallels on top of the base, the same ones we have catalogued. In our photos the colour tints the stars, and the numbered ones carry the serial at the top left, under the logo:
The three numbered versions add up to 150 copies of the SF-13 (99 + 50 + 1). Our arithmetic.
Worth knowing
No official odds: we know of no Topps odds sheet for this set. With 30 cards against the 20 of his other inserts, each SF may well fall less often, but without a sheet it cannot be stated.
We know of no photo of the Gold Rainbow 1/1: so the slot is not left empty, 1 card carries an AI recreation based on the Red, flagged on the card page itself.
