2022 Select UFC Octagonside #262: what the card shows

Ilia Topuria is #262 in the Octagonside tier, the third hundred-card run (#201 to #300) in the base set of 2022 Panini Select UFC, per the Checklist Center checklist, a secondary source. It carries the RC logo of his rookie year.

Front: vertical, in profile and roaring, with his surname on his red shorts and the crowd behind the fence; the curved Octagonside frame puts his name at the bottom left.
Back: it introduces him as a featherweight finisher with no interest in leaving the fight to the judges, and recalls UFC 264, where he stopped Ryan Hall in the final seconds of the first round: his second straight first-round win, per the photographed back.

Why Octagonside is the short tier

The Silver is the chase: Panini's official sell sheet bills it as “ultra-rare Octagonside Silver Prizms”. Panini did not publish its odds.
A shorter ladder: per the Checklist Center checklist, Octagonside has no Light Blue /199, Red /99, White /75, Neon Green or Teal & Pink, which Concourse does; in return, it debuts the Cracked Ice /8.
Hobby box: 12 packs of 5 cards, with 2 autographs, 1 memorabilia card and 12 prizm parallels, and the Gold and Black prizms as Hobby exclusives, per the same sell sheet.

The #262 ladder, from most to fewest copies

Panini published neither odds nor print runs. The print runs are those of Checklist Center and Cardboard Connection, secondary sources, which match our copies:

Unnumbered: Base, Blue, Blue Prizm, Silver Prizm, Orange Flash and Disco.
Unnumbered short prints: Tiger, Elephant and Zebra, in Ilia Topuria animal prints.
Numbered: Red Disco /99, Blue Disco /49, Tie-Dye /25, Gold /10, Gold Flash /10, Gold Disco /10, Cracked Ice /8, Lucky Envelopes /8, Green /5 and Green Disco /5.
Four 1/1s: Black, Black & Gold, Black Disco and Black Flash, among Ilia Topuria 1/1 cards.
What is missing: the secondary checklists also list Scope and Tri-Color in Octagonside; we do not have them catalogued for #262.

Two /8s on the same number: Cracked Ice and Lucky Envelopes. Concourse has no Cracked Ice.
The same Gold /10 is not the same card: an Octagonside Gold and a Concourse Gold carry the same printed run and a different tier.
